Online Consultations

For our patients considering spring or summer surgery, we’ve broadened our ability to consult you on your surgical and nonsurgical needs from the comfort of your home.

Our online consultation includes a one-to-one conversation with one of our nurses and Dr. Parcells to assess your needs, provide education, and determine if you will be a good fit for a procedure.

3. One of our nurses will review your patient chart and photographs to make sure everything looks good.

4. Once your chart is complete, our office will call you to collect a $99 consult fee and schedule your online appointment.

5. You will be sent a private link (HIPAA-compliant) that will allow you to video chat with Dr. Parcells for up to 20 minutes. She will have seen your paperwork and photos ahead of time, so the purpose of this discussion is to address your desires and what can be accomplished with your desired procedure.

6. Following this appointment, our surgical coordinator will contact you with the logistics and estimated financials of the treatment discussed.

7. Once our office is open, you will meet with Dr. Parcells for a proper physical examination and for additional surgical planning. This is included in the initial consultation fee.

*the online consultation will allow you a 20 minute video consultation and 20 minutes in office when we resume seeing patients. Fees proposed after the online consultation will be considered approximate until seen in person. $99 consultation fee must be paid prior to surgical link being sent and will be applied to any treatment you select.
